How the program
works:
1. Commuters that want
to place ads on the back window
of their vehicles for payment
will register their vehicle in an online database by submitting
an application.
2. Business clients
hire Accelerads to screen drivers, run background checks, select
drivers according to the client’s specifications and needs and
place ads on the driver's vehicle.
3. Drivers will be
paid by Accelerads to run the ads on their vehicles at the end
of each cycle as long as they have met their mileage requirement
and not violated their contract.
4. Each vehicle will
be required to follow strict guidelines in order to participate
in the program. (guidelines may vary by program and are stated
in driver’s/clients contract)
5. Check points
are set up
in multiple areas throughout Houston and Beaumont for
inspections. Driver’s vehicles will be inspected to insure they
have driven the amount of miles promised in their contract and
to insure the ad is intact and has not been tampered with or
removed. If the driver has fulfilled all requirements, payment
will be made for the contract amount.
6. The driver now has
the options to change their ad and continue the program
or to go
back in the database for a future cycle*. If their cycle is
scheduled to continue longer than one month, their ad will be
inspected, they will be paid for that month and they will keep
the ad on their vehicle for the remainder of the cycle stated in
their contract. If a donor has tampered with or has not driven
within fifty (50) miles of the contracted total miles, they will
be removed from the program and will not be paid for the cycle.
7. After a cycle has
run, the business has the option to extend their cycle
or to
remove their ads from certain vehicles and place them on
others. (i.e. a business decides they want to remove the ads
from the donor who drives U.S. 59 and wants to place ads on
vehicles driving I-45 or I-10) At this point, the database will
be referenced for drivers that drive in the requested areas and
those drivers will be contacted to participate in the program.
Cycles:
Cycles are the amount of time an ad is
to run according to the contract with the business client. All
cycles are 1 month. 1 cycle = 1 month; 2 cycles = 2 months; etc.
Cycles will start and end on Mondays or Saturdays. Each cycle is 29
days in length. The business client is required to purchase at
least one cycle. Single days or cycles less than one (1) month will
not be available. Beginning and end dates will be stated in the
advertiser’s contract as well as the driver’s contracts.
