The following application is required in order to participate in the Accelerads program. Each item must be carefully and accurately completed. All information will be provided to our potential advertising clients in order for them to make the best choices for their advertising needs. If any of the information below is inaccurate or intentionally left blank, the application will be rejected.

If you do not feel comfortable providing personal information over the internet (drivers license number, insurance policy number, etc.) you may provide this information once you are selected for the program.

Terms & Conditions - Guidelines & Restrictions: Participation in this program is based on an at will basis and Accelerads reserves the right to select participants based on its current business need and to modify or terminate this offer at any time. Criteria for selection may include, but is not limited to, driving habits and lifestyle. Before entering into an agreement with any person, Accelerads reserves the right to review DMV records. Any false statements or withholding of information is grounds for termination from the agreement. 1. How to sign up/selection process: As a potential driver you need to complete the application on the Accelerads site. Your answers will provide us with information about you including where you live and work, where you drive, and where you park. Accelerads will compile the applications into a database of potential drivers. Our advertising clients will select the drivers that best meet their desired needs based on the information you provide. 2. Eligibility: You must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and must be 18 years of age or older. Accelerads will run Motor Vehicle Record and Criminal Background checks. 3. General Conditions: You are also responsible for fueling your vehicle. If you are selected for the program, your contract will state specific rules and conditions. 4. Conduct and Rules: As a selected driver, Accelerads and our advertisers are counting on you to continue to drive and live the way you said you would on the application. Therefore it is important to adhere to the following rules and comply with appropriate conduct. You must: Drive approximately the number of miles you said you would (within 50 miles). Keep the exterior of your vehicle clean, especially the back window. Be the primary driver of the vehicle. Contact Accelerads problems with the ad within forty-eight (48) hours of the problem. Failure to report problems with the ad will be viewed as tampering which voids the contract and results in non-payment. These are only general rules of conduct. If you are selected for the program, we will send you a driver's contract that describes to you all of the legally binding terms and conditions. 5. Selected Drivers: An Accelerads representative will notify potential Accelerads drivers as soon as you are selected by one of our advertisers. Selected drivers must sign a Drivers Contract that specifically outlines all terms and conditions of your contract with Accelerads. 6. Request to withdraw from program: Your contract will explain the process to withdraw from the Accelerads program. 7. Use of data you provide: To fulfill our business objective of providing our registrants with payment for their services, we will need to obtain personally identifiable information from you or about you. Such personally identifiable information may include your name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, income, credit, etc. The information we receive about you or from you may be used by us or shared by us with our clients, vendors and others to help process or complete a transaction; to comply with any law, regulation; to help improve our Web site or the products or services we offer; for research; to better understand our customers' needs; to develop new offerings; and to alert you to new products and services in which you may be interested. We believe that knowing more about you can enable us to serve you better. Your personal information will NOT be supplied to outside firms with the intent to distribute your information for marketing campaigns. Your privacy is important to us. Guidelines and Restrictions to Driver Vehicles: Driver must complete online application; Driver must carry insurance on vehicle at all times (state law); Driver must have a valid Texas drivers license (state law); Driver must be 18 or older to participate in the program; Driver must keep vehicle clean and presentable at all times (specifically the back window); Driver vehicle must have 2 side mirrors (required by law); Driver must be able to meet on the days set out in the contract for inspection; Ad must be fully intact without any evidence of tampering to receive payment; *See contract for specific terms*
